Terms & Conditions (extension)
Upon registration you will have to pay towards the conference registration fee for the invoice which we will send you upen your successful registration. After registering, an invoice will be sent to you with all bank details attached. Payment is due immediately. We will take pictures during the conference. by signing this application form, you agree that we can use and share the pictures to our members as well as on our social media channels like facebook, instagram and linkedin. Each member must take care of the timely organization of the visa itself. MUNDU assumes no liability and will not refund any money in this case.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fee (conference): Full credit for next annual conference (MUNDU will not refund any money if the participation is cancelled 30 days prior to the conference start). Cancellation Fee (Sponsorship): No return possible.
